Gary and Di are hands-on. Whilst Gary oversees the kitchen creating new and exciting menus, his passion for great food is evident in every dish. Di runs the front of house and her years of experience ensure quick and friendly service. Their enthusiasm for the business is reflected by their loyal staff, many of whom have worked for them for years. The food at The White Horse is all about the ingredients – whenever possible locally sourced, seasonal and always freshly made daily.
